Talking Billy Blanks Boot Camp

Has anyone tried it? I just got it yesterday and did the first 15 mins of the the basic boot camp and thought WHEWW...I am so sore this morning. And be prepared to sweat your butt off with it. I think that it is going to show some great results! Just a suggestion if anyone is looking for a new exercise program to try out!

Ultimate, or Elite? I have both, but I haven't done the Elite yet. I just reviewed Ultimate for 3FC. I really liked it! The original Taebo hurt my knees, but the Ultimate wasn't a problem. I am in no way in good enough shape to do the whole Ab video, though. I can do 15 minutes or so and that is it. Those jackknife exercises are torture!

All I have to say is WOOSAH!!!!! I use Billys Bootcamp, I have basic training, ultimate, and the AB. I do the ultimate the most because its a better workout and I sweat like a fiend. This maybe TMI but I sweat so much that when I am done my whole head, and my shirt and shorts are literally soaked, I have sweat dripping of the ends of my hair, I cuss all the way through the AB workout, I always do the whole thing... what I do is if something burns I stop just enough to shout obscenities, then get right back to it lol. I love it.. Gonna take a while to plateau off this I think, though.. I lost my billy bands, I cant find them anywhere.. I have to get some more. Its a work out without the bands.
