Red face Getting Back on Track

Well, let me start by saying I haven't been posting in the last 6 weeks due to family drama that still hasn't been resolved yet. But, I decided I still need to take care of myself in the meantime.

I purchased taebo - Boot Camp and was really discouraged because I was unable to complete the workout. I could maybe do 10-15 minutes and I would need to stop 2-3 times within that 15 minutes. I was told that the Taebo Cardio was a little easier. Well, last night I attempted to do WATP-2mile however, I was interrupted and was only able to complete 1.5 miles than after the interruption I did the Taebo Cardio I was only able to do 15 minutes but, I think I could have done about 10-15 more if I had not been interrupted again. I HATE interruptions when I exercise!! Before I stopped exercising 6 weeks ago...I was doing WATP - 4 miles and maybe 10-15 minutes of taebo-boot camp.

I'm glad to be back!!
