I'm doing 30 minutes 3 times a week. 10 mins upper body (between 20 & 30 lbs (except lat pull down I can do 50 lbs) and between 6 & 8 sets of 8 reps) 10 mins back and abs (between 35 & 60 lbs and between 8 & 10 sets of 8 reps) 10 mins lower body (between 40 & 75 lbs and between 8 & 10 sets of 8 reps)
I also do an hour of cardio 3 days a week and a 1/2 hour the other 3 days a week that I don't strength train (mostly elliptical). I race walk 30 mins 3 days a week on the days I do strength train. I don't work out on Sunday.
