I have a playlist of dancing ditties on my computer which I boogie to at night by the shimmering glow of a glitterlamp.
My advice would be to exercise to the music you love. You might be flagging but then one of your all time favourites comes on and it keeps you going a few more minutes. Works for me, anyway
I love trance, pop and disco - some of my favourites include (cheese alert):
- So Good - Rachel Stevens (125 bpm)
- Lady - Modjo (126 bpm)
- Can't Get You Out of my Head - Kylie Minogue (126 bpm)
- Boogie Wonderland - Earth Wind and Fire (129 bpm)
- Another Chance - Roger Sanchez (130 bpm)
- Dance Yourself Dizzy - Liquid Gold (131 bpm)
- Atomic - Blondie (135 bpm)
- Just Around The Hill - Sash! (136 bpm)
There's a nifty website that lets you find out the bpm for tracks:
