I measured mine. Relaxed and hanging at my side, the right one is a little better that 11 1/2 ".
I did notice when I was heavier that they kinda poufed out the sides (because the stuff in between was bigger) maybe when you get down a few more pounds, they'll hang straighter.

My arms are a flabby 14 inches!! i have been working with weights for about a month or so, and my biceps (the muscles on top) are firming up quite nicely. but the back of my arms, just don't seem to be doing anything. they just flab away back there. lol. i am hoping the new trainer on monday can recommend the right weight i should be doing. on my biceps, i curl 30 pounds on the machine (that's using 2 arms at once, so 15 pounds each arm). by the 3rd set of 10, i am definately struggling to get the bar up. i can definately feel that hard muscle underneathe the sheet of fat on top of it. but nothing is working for the back, underarm muscle.
