i am going to join curves. do you think that you get enough exersize? are you loosing weight. i have been walking 2 miles a day, do you think i will get the same results? thanks, ladies!
Hi Katie! I've lost 50 pounds nice starting curves. I found that just going 3 days a week wasn't enough so I started watching my calories and doing cardio at another club on my off days.
You might want to try curves 3 days and week and walk 2 miles on your off days.
uhg, I lost 4 lbs when I startet (first month) now I am right back were I startet, I now walk about 2 miles after my workout, Being our roads are icy we/I cant walk outside. SO Iam so happy they added a little round area to walk......37 laps = 1miles.....I do about 2 miles.... so I added 6 miles per week.
I know it will be easer once the weather breaks, but boy am I disscouraged!
