I found out my local community ed wants me to teach swimming lessons on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday nights through April and May. I'll be teaching Aqua Aerobics both nights and I'll also have every level if enough kids sign up and parent/child lessons for the cute lil' toddlers! I'm so excited to hear this. Aqua aerobics is actually very good exercise and I'm being paid $12 an hour to teach. I'm so happy about this! I hope in the next couple months I can get into good shape so I can look good in that sexy one piece Speedo
Anyone else here teach swimming or take aqua aerobics? Any good exercise ideas? I've got a basic program that I learned this fall from some of the experienced ladies in my class but it is rather bland and I feel that for the last fifteen minutes we have nothing to do half the time. Any tips would be greatly appreciated from both fellow teachers and aqua aerobics fans
