I really like mine too. One of the things I really need to work on is balance, and when I am on the treadmill if I need to hold on all the time I am not working that part. I have found it to be incredibly useful with keeping at a good level of intensity. Plus it makes me feel really serious about what I am doing and I give it to my trainer when I work with him so he can make sure he isn't pushing me too hard.

My only problem with it is when I put it in the outside pocket of my gym bag, somehow its buttons tend to get pressed and when I pull it out at the gym it has been counting time for many hours.
