I did 30 mins on the treadmill last night:) at 3mph.

Wednesday -- 1 hour of back -- done ....... 1 hour swimming this evening ...

Ive been terrible the last couple of weeks. I was sick the first week of Feb, then I ran 4 out of the 7 days the next week, and this week I have totaly bombed, just ran on Sunday. :( I have been really busy though, putting in a new laminate floor in my house and new furniture, so I havent been just sitting around, so thats good. Then I started today so I wont be running today or tomorrow :(

We are either having a slow week or nobody has posted.

Hi I have exercised 660 minutes thus far this month. My goal is 900 minutes for the month, but the more the merrier. I walk or swim as my exercise choices.

I ran 7 miles on Saturday and hiked for about 45 minutes including rock climbing on Sunday- nothing yesterday- I promise I will get my behind out the door this evening after work and do my regular routine down town for 3.2 miles. Please someone email me tomorrow and ask me if I did it, so I have someone to answer to besides myself! I let myself get away with SO much :)

You all seem to run a lot :) I'm just trying to get motivated to get up and walk for 10 minutes on the treadmill, the exercise part of this is SO hard for me to get into.... I'm hoping joining a thread like this will motivate me to make a start.... nudge nudge.... :)
