Okay, I've been using my gazelle for a few weeks now, on my off days from the gym (so normally about twice a week), and I'm enjoying it. I have even started doing it for a little while (about half an hour) on the days that I go to the gym, so you know I like it! I normally do it an hour on the days I don't go to the gym, but I split it up into two half hour increments (I don't have time to do it for a full hour).

I have lost a few inches. Not sure how much of it I can contribute to the gazelle, since I've been working out at the gym as well as watching what I eat, but I am inclined to think it is speeding things up.
