I'm writing an article for a fitness magazine on wacky workouts you can do when you just can't stand doing the same old thing one more day....
Someone here once told me about wheeling around 100 pounds of dog food in a shopping cart for 30 minutes and then putting it back and stretching in the parking lot! That one is definitely going in.
Anyone have anything else you want to share? I don't have to use real names...
What do you do to bust out of your workout ruts?

Okay, I live in Maine and have done too much wood hauling to call it a "fun" work out! I do love to split it though, makes me feel all testosteroney.
