Well, I'm old and I don't know who any of these people are. lol. I have a lot of world music -- African,Latin, French -- loaded on my MP3 and that's what I use on walks and I just put it on random. Some zydeco has a fast beat.Sometimes I get an audiobook at the library but I have trouble concentrating.
