Great race JJB! 44 would be heavenly here - I'd get out my shorts! It was -2F when I went to bed last night, but it warmed up - and snowed 3" - overnight, so it was about 18F during the day.

Yay for you Susan and Ilene!

You guys are inspiring.

I got an hour on the BTN today, and may hop on there again later. I'll let you know if I do.

Hi everyone.

Good job keeping up your exercises!

I did 30 minutes of Tao Bo today and a 1/2 hour walk

You all are very inspiring!

Ilene, I'm coming to Cornwall for a few days. It's supposed to be about freezing by Thursday or Friday but inbetween we're supposed to get sleet and cwap. How do you walk in that?

MaWhit, isn't it interesting that we don't always think we're finally done exercising for the day. It's awesome that we've progressed to where we think "gosh I feel like doing some more of that".

ValerieJoy, what you've accomplished and what you do everyday, are truly inspiring. Great work, my slenderizing friend!

Pat, you'll just have wear more layers

Yesterday, I walked (it was only -5C) and did chest and triceps. As they improve, I'm enjoying that day better.

Yup. I hopped on for another 15 minutes, bring yesterday's total to 75 minutes. My goal is to exercise 250 minutes this week, working my way to 300 minutes or more in a couple weeks.

Hi Everyone

I did 45 mintues at curves today & I went to Bally's for the first time and did 45 minutes of a eliptical? & a treadmill. I didn't have the best experience at bally's. I think I'll stick with curves

Monday -- Break
Tuesday -- 7k run

Susan -- The one good thing about cwap days it that there isn't much traffic and you jog on the street... Well that's what I'd do if I'd go out on such days, don't you worry I stay in, sometimes or go to the gym... Tomorrow will probably be a gym day...
