Good Afternoon Walker, Well, I might fall behind today. I was only able to do one miles this morning and have plans tonight so know that I won't have the time to get on the treadmill. But that might not be so bad I really do need to give my heel blister a chance to heal.

been awhile
Hi everyone, it's been awhile since I've checked in. I have'nt been walking, no excuses, just been really lazy. I will be doing the 1mile and 2 miles WATP tonight. My calorie intake has been up a little, but I have continued to lose weight. I will be getting in my walking also this wkend, my goal is to get in 8 miles by Sunday. Wish me luck.

Hey Guys! I'm new.
Hope you don't mind me jumping right it. Not much of January left so my goal is to get 20 miles in before Feb. I walked three miles yesterday and another two today.

I am reporting but.... I did not walk:( I decided that I better get this blister healed before it gets really bad so I am not doing my power walk on the treamill today. I will be back at it tomorrow though:carrot:

I want to start incorporating different workouts along with my WATP dvds but really seem to stick to exercise best when I follow the dvds as opposed to joining a gym. Plus, my place is really tiny so a treadmill or other equipment isn't really feasible. I also don't have carpeting and so it's too uncomfortable doing exercises involving sitting or laying down.
I bought a couple of different workout DVDs this week. One is the Firm and one is Prevention dancing. Well, I tried the Prevention one, but I am so uncoordinated that I think I am going to put that one aside for the time being and take it out when I can really focus on it. I did get a good 15 minutes of it though. I will try my Firm dvd this weekend. It is the Ultimate Calorie Blaster, if anyone has it. |

Tried the Firm today. I was pretty uncoordinated and did took it easy, but did a solid 30 minutes of exercise today.

hi, everyone, I only got in a mile today w/WATP. I'll have to get in 7 miles by sunday night to try and make my goal. I'll try and do 2 miles outside and then 3 miles watp in the am and then 2 miles outside in the evening. I have 16 1/3 miles left for the challenge. I guess I better have a good day tomorrow so that I can get back on track and keep up with my goal. Have a good wkend.
