Frontal delt sweeps, side delt sweeps, military press, upright rows, French press (aka overhead press- helps the triceps tone up).
Combination moves- frontal lift, keeping arms straight pull back so the arms ar level on each side with the shoulder, pull both arms back in the frontal delt position and lower down. This move can also be done starting in the side delt lift, pull to frontal, released down or pulled back and lowered by the sides again,) pushups, mulit level pushups (keep one hand on the floor and elevate the other by placing on a yoga brick/medicine ball/step/ etc, lower then piush back up. This move will be felt more in one arm than the other and also helps with the core muscles, so and you might have to play around with the move so that arm placement feels correct for you, also switch sides so one side does not over/under develop. A light headstand can help as well. This move is done while you are sitting on a 14 inch step, place hands palm down on the floor, push the floor with your palms lifting your heels slightly off the floor. It is almost a jump move, then come back to your sit on the step. If you have weak wrists I do not recommend this move though.
