Default Recommendations as winter approaches

Well, the temps are going down. I will try and bike as long as possible and I can go to the indoor pool once or twice a week, but will need an indoor cardio workoiut soon. The caveat is that I am recovering from a broken foot so it must be gentle on the feet (which knocks out most videos). I would also prefer $200.00 or less.

Oh... I am doing BFL cardio.

Any ideas/recommendations?

Gentle on the feet means no jogging, jumping, hopping. So I recommend Leslie Sansone's Power Walk. You can get it in a 3-mile version. She has lots of other good videos of various lengths and intensities.

Do you have access to a water aerobics class? Or how about a rebounder? They're not too expensive and the biggest issue is room.

Hi,

I bought a stationary bike for much less than 200$. Instead of biking outside, you could bike inside.
Alternative option could be weightlifting or a rowing machine. Maybe getting a used one is an options?
