Causes in weight fluctuations
Hello everyone,
I was wondering if you all could tell me the types of things that cause weight fluctuations for you. I weighed myself about 2 weeks ago at the local YMCA and the scale read 274. I inteded to again last week, but I usually don't bother weighing and forgot to. Yesterday, I checked again and the scale read 268. That's a diff of 6 lbs. and I just don't trust that number.
*Clothes could make a difference, but not that much... right?
*I suspect water retention, because I don't/didn't drink enough, but how much of a diff can that make?
The scale was calibrated both times...
was about the same time of day...
was about the same types of clothing
no major changes in my diet
exercise was only about 20-30 min, 4x per week
