Hey girls... quick post today. Managed to rack up another few miles and am 3 away from goal. Not sure if I'll get a chance to get them in today, and I'm not gonna beat myself up if I can't. I figure 97mi is a great achievement!

WTG everyone for kickin' some tail this month! You all did fabulously! Looking forward to September with each of you!

For a hot humid month, everybody has done so great! I made my goal and passed it -- 42 miles!!!

AND, my cholesterol test came back normal! I've been working for a year on my diet and exercise and finally some tangible results...now if I could just lose a pound or two...

That's okay...We are all awesome!!! Balloons for all of us and on to September!
