I bought new trainers today so I'm looking forward to seeing how they go tomorrow. The old ones have started rubbing my toes recently so I figure it's time for some new ones.

Okay guess what i went to a very popular park here in cincinnati called eden park and I ran 3 miles up and down a very steep hill!!! After I got done I just began to praise the Lord!!!! I can't believe I did it! And in 32 minutes at that :O , and guess what else I've lost 5 lbs this week woohooo I'm back down to 253.6!
