Sounds like you are all very good at this, that's great!

Today, I mowed the lawn, and it's about a 1/2 acre. We have a gas-powered mower, but it's not a riding one, so I got to count it as exercise! I also got in a 40 minute walk, gentle and slow, but it was movement, which is more than I've done in a long time. And I weeded outside for an hour. Using Weight Watchers and calculating exercise points, I got 10 exercise points today. A nice start, I think. I'm feeling better and have more energy, even after only 2 days of getting some exercise and eating better.

We are leaving tomorrow an out of town trip. I'll check in on Monday or Tuesday, and let you all know what I did to better myself. Going out of town is always tough for me, and I want to eat more and not move as much. Not this time...I can't do that anymore.

Everyone have a nice weekend, and stay safe.

Dawn

Stupid internet *Smacks computer* wouldnt let me on yesterday :P

Hmmm, I think I only did DDR for 15 mins yesterday. But i worked for 7 hours. According to Fitday-- I burned %600 more calories at work then at home. I think I need to get a job more days a week. the only problem I see is that i tend to eat ALOT worse when I work.

As for today, I did my DDR/AB/Muscle routine again. Still not noticing anything, but its only been 5 days.

Great Job Ilene,

Did some cardio at the house this am, hit the gym for a really GREAT chest / tri workout and then stopped at the high school track for a sunshiny, breezy two mile run. It felt GREAT!

Tiki.
