HI

I did 1 hour run monday (of which 30 mins were OUTSIDE!! this is new to me). Then tuesday, wednesday and thursday were a loss. Nothing at all.
Picked myself up again yesterday: 1 hr jog in place at howm, but I interspaced with jumping jacks to keep the heartbeat up.
Today did FBW and 30 mis jog.
I will try to do 1 hr cardio as well tomorrow.

Good job Ilene. I ran 1.5 miles, did elliptical for 30 minutes and then worked back. Oh yeah, I finally did my girlfriends Yoga Booty Ballet tape. The toning section was fine, the 60 minute cardio - toning was FUN! The cardio piece was so much like exaggerated versions of some of the dances we have done over the years it was like being in a dance line at a club. Only thing missing was my DRINK!!

Tiki.

30 minutes on the elliptical, 15 on the bike, and a quickie chest workout before my one and only Mother's Day client.
