Hi,
I saw an advertisement this weekend for Core Secrets plan. Wondering if anyone has used it. Couldn't find much on review other than Gunthy-Renker - the maker. Thanks
I just bought core secrets last week at Target. Came with ball, instructional video, 25 minute total body video , and 45 core video for 40bucks. I did the 45 minute one today and made it about 33 minutes LOL. You can definitely feel it in you legs and core. Ive been doing light weights for my arms so i dont overdue it. Give it a try I think you might like it.
I just looked on their website www.coresecrets.com and they have a pretty inexpensive "as seen on tv" offer now. Something like $20.00 including shipping for the ball, pump, and a couple of videos.
Just a word of warning though for anyone (like me) who has a latex allergy. I called to ask if the ball was latex free, and they weren't sure if there was any latex in the ball. So if you are allergic, you probably want to look for one of the other options that is definitely latex free.
check out collagevideo.com, they gave this program a very good review. Also People Magazine has "infomercial ratings" in their latest diet issue, they gave it a good rating.
You can get the ball at Walmart for $10.00 and buy DVDs/videos individually from Collage. I'd give you more info, but I just gave the catalog away to someone.
Thanks. I've been kinda "weighing" (clique') whether it would be worth going the ball/cd route or if others found the whole package really worth the price.
Have you tried your local library or video rental store? Most have pretty good selections of exercise videos and CD's. Libraries are pretty inexpensive.
I've been using the Core Secrets for about 3 weeks now. I LOVE IT. It is the best ab, buns, and arm workout that I've ever used. My abs and buns are already starting to transform. I haven't seen some of the ab muscles on my stomach for years. I bought the whole package at Bed, Bath and Beyond for 39.00. It was definitely worth every penny.
