I really like the Core Secrets DVDs...although the first one was too basic. I would like to get the target ones like Ab Assault and Bun Battle--has anyone tried these? That Bodywedge sounds really neat...they have it at my walmart for that same price and I was looking into it though I think the boyfriend might kill me if I buy ANOTHER piece of fitness equipment to take up room in our tiny apartment. At least it deflates right! Not that I ever deflate my stability ball. Sandy, do you think the Bodywedge is still challenging or is it something you will outgrow soon? Just curious before I spend my money.

Hi Liz,
Yes, I really do think the bodywedge will continue to be challenging because you can increase the size of the weights. I use 10 lb. weights right now and don't feel I'm ready to move up yet. The bodywedge does deflate but I don't do it because I have an exercise room in the basement and have plenty of room for it. The only thing I would suggest if you get one, is to purchase some of that non-slip material to cover it because you do slide on it. By the way, congrats on your weight loss! You must be doing something right!

sherry - thanks for the info on the leslie sansone ball workout. I think I'll skip it if it's that basic.

Sandy - I haven't gotten it yet. I'm giving it some thought. I've actually been too busy and have been trying hard to get in my walking miles. But I really think the Bodywedge will probably be the next thing I buy.

congrats on sticking to using it 3 times a week! that's great! and I know it feels good to see and feel that you are toning up! YOU GO GIRL!

hugs,
cathy
