Sure sounds like everyone is doing great with their exercising. Sorry I haven't been around too much lately. My MIL is still here & I've started a cross stitch kit to help relax. Most of my free time has been spent doing that. I did my new tape yesterday. It's the Weight Loss Walk which is 4miles long (60min). Let me tell you I got winded. I had to stop a couple of times to catch my breath. It was a great workout. Today I am resting. I have been going to be late and today I woke up at 6:30a so I am dealing with a mild headache right now. Today was weigh in & I maintained. I am fine with that. It's TOM for me & I was feeling bloated today so I figure that contributed to the maintain. That's ok, next week should be better

Only exercised in on Monday and Tuesday. But we will be back in the gym Saturday and Sunday.
We have had rain for about 4 days, but we really did need it.....it can STOP now! I have got to get back to the gym next week. I really miss but it seems like I have had a lot of other things to do and I just keep putting it off.
We are going to try to re-work our workout schedules so we can keep working out together. That means we will have to go after work. I don't know if that will work for me, as I am getting used to mornings and getting it over with! Anybody have a favorite time of day to exercise??
I'm tired just thinking about walking 6 miles!!
