Hi!
I started using the walking tapes about 2 weeks ago.
I bought them about 1 year ago from Qvc. It took me
that long to get motivated to exercise! I don't think
anybody hated exercising as much as me!
However, I find these tapes easy to use. I like that
there isn"t many steps to learn,and you really feel
like you had a great workout when you are finished.
I have been completing tapes 1 and 2,so thats 2 1/2
miles about 5 days a week.
I just saw an infomericial for a new series of tapes that are out,and ordered them.
The only thing I don't like about the tapes is I get bored using the same one-over and over. I plan on
changing every day, so I don't get tired of doing the same thing.
