I'm looking for videos to do the following workouts:
Cardio
abs
arms
legs
back
I do not have a step and I'm not going to get one anytime soon, mainly because I don't like them. I don't want to do Tae Bo for cardio either, it hurts my knee when I do the roundhouse kick. If there is something else I need to workout please include those videos too.
