Hi Emmy! Sounds like the 3 mile power walk is exactly what I was looking for. I was looking for a tape that was longer than mine and that worked the arms. Cool. Is it easy to do with regular weights versus the gloves? I have 2, 3, & 5 lb weights. I would probably start with the 2 lb weights because my arms are pretty weak at this point. You are doing great!

Anne, I'm sorry to hear you are sick I hope you feel better real soon. Husbands are infamous for sharing their germs. My husband always passes them on to me & then miraculously recovers. UGH! Get better soon

Debbie: Weird, about the pedometer thing, but really cool. That really is a good way to measure, and see how you do from day to day!

Wow...we have so many more people on the thread now! It's hard to keep track anymore! I'll get to it though! I thought about posting one thread with everyone's names on it or something, just so we all can see who we have...I might do it tonite.

I'll write more later. I didn't do anything but use dumbells last night.... I'm gonna be so busy today and tomorrow packing and cleaning the house to get ready for my vacation! Whoo hooo!
