Default Motivation please

ok my alarm goes off at 5.50 every morning and has done for the last 2 months the intention is i go for a jog before i shower and leave for work at 7.30. so far i have made it out of bed 0 times in 65days. i know i need to jog to lose weight i konw i have to get fit as i have a fight in november and i'm gonna get my arse kicked if i dont' get fit. i can't jog when i get back cos i'm to busy then when i have time its about 2200 and i'm knackered. so the mornings is my only time but i love my bed to much.

Hey Slimming Si!!

Have you thought about adding some weight training to your exercise program, weights paired with jogging would give you some absolutely wonderful results!! I have a thread here in the exercise forums, that lists the benefits of weight training!! I've only just added weight training to my program on May 1st and I can see definate results already!! definition in my calves and my arms are looking much slimmer!! if you would like an exercise buddy I'm here for you!! I don't jog but I do walk aerobics and then weight training with resistance bands. I look forward to hearing from you!

i already lift 3x a week michelle i can squat 240lbs so i do burn alot of energy but i need to get up and jog and just can't as for the other guy sleeping possibly lol and as for someone to wake me up thanks but i'm not sure you husband would approve though nice thought
