If i so much as walk briskly I leak how can I get my heart rate up without having to run to the restroom or change my pants??? please help this is embarrassing and is making the weight loss an even bigger challenge!

Short term - Try wearing a tampon when you workout. The tampon provides a little extra support to the pelvic floor and can help with the leakage. Just make sure to remove immediately after!

Long term - some of it will improve with time, some can improve with pelvic floor exercises, and oddly squats (although squats can be VERY problematic UNTIL you get stronger).

Wear dark wicking shorts so you don't get chafe or hold urine near your skin, walkoutside and change immediately when you get home.
