After having a week off around christmas, I started running again today. It's good to see that even after having time off, I'm not having to start all over again! I'm currently repeating week 4 to give myself time to ease back into it, and so far so good!
I started running 2 weeks ago but I really suck.
I can run for maybe 20 minutes before I almost black out
Hopefully it gets better fast. Though I'm a little scared running alone at night...
Start by brisk walking for five minutes to warm up before progressively incorporating running. Try walking for two minutes, then running for one. Increase the duration of your runs as you gain comfort.
