I spend way too much time at work (10+ hours a day sitting at a desk), and I was reading that 10 min mini sessions could help. So I was wondering if anyone had a few ideas of cardio I could do in my office? Thanks in advance
I don't know about cardio, but body weight exercises are a great way to get the blood flowing in the middle of the work day. When I used to have my own office, I would do a series of squats and planks two times a day. I set my alarm for 10am and 2pm.
I miss it. Now I share an office so I can't! But we have stairs, so I try to go down them as often as possible just to get off my butt.
