Back in Oct 2014, I started running again after being sidelined with a foot injury for 3 years.

Today, I took 3rd place in my age group and 26th place overall!!

This was way beyond my hopes and expectations for the day.

Nice work and hard to do at this time of year as well with the extra clothes and cold.

Do another one in the Spring and you will fly.

Thanks Ian. The weather was beautiful, but we had 6 inches of snow on Thursday, so there was still lots of snow and black ice on the trail this morning. I had to walk parts of it.

Can't wait for the first spring race. I'm hoping for a sub 30:00 5k.
