Hello everyone
recently I failed a medical checkup for job that I applied due to my over weight 170 kg , 1.86 m
they gave me 6 month to reduce atlest 50 kg
I palyed the first three months

and only got serious in the fourth month and till today I lost a total of 25 kg by eating healthy and gym (treadmill, bike, eliptical ) 20 minute each

now I only have a month to lose approximately 25 kg

can I do p90 in the mornings and do gym in evening
are there any other advice for losing weight fast

thanks for reading and please help if you can

25kg is a huge amount to lose in such a short time. Losing weight is 80% diet and only 20% exercise. I'd focus on both food and exercise and cross my fingers that losing "nearly" the required amount will be OK.

Good luck!

Diet is key, try taking out carbs completely for a month....
