Tightness in the calf
Ok. This sucks but my calf is super tight and kinda hurts.
I don't want to do any crazy moves to pull it even harder.
What are some tips to release the tightness and also stretches
I guess. Or whichever.
Oh yeah. I've been working on my shoulder and neck area.
Still feels way tense. But in ways some warm ups help.
This working out stuff is really tough. Lord help me.

Why is your calf tight? Is it because of the exercise you're doing? If that's the case stand on a stair, toes on the stair and stretch the calf a little. If it's a cramp like a Charlie horse, eat a banana. A banana a day keeps the cramps away.l
