I've just started walking. I plan on doing it on the days I don't go the gym. I've been waiting for it to warm up a bit. We had a bitter cold winter and walking on a treadmill hurts my knees. Finally started last week.
4/10 - 1 mile in 20 minutes
4/12 - 1 mile in 18 minutes + Approximately 2.5 miles in 45 minutes (it was on a dirt trail with lots of hills)
4/13 - 1 mile in 18 minutes
4/17 - 1.5 miles in 25 minutes
Its been pouring down rain/snow/sleet for the last two days, but I plan on walking after I go to the gym today if its warm enough. We had freaking snow yesterday and its only 20 degrees right now.
