Jazzercise can be done with low impact. You'll find women in there that do impact during the routines and others who prefer low impact. The instructor will show you how to do it, and it's a lot of fun. During the one hour routine they will also incorporate weights--balls and floor exercises to give you a full body workout in one hour.
