Default Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Slimdown Challenge!

Hello, fellow 3FC members:

I completed the 30 Day Shred a few months ago, and haven't really been working out consistently since.

I ran across this plan Jillian made a few months ago, incorporating three of her videos, 30 Day Shred, Banish Fat Boost Metabolism, and No More Trouble Zones.

I started it this morning and was wondering if anyone else was doing it, did it in the past, or was interested.

All of the videos are available for free on Lionsgate's official BeFit Youtube channel (they're the copyright holders)

This is the program:
DAY 1 - 30 DAY SHRED: LEVEL 1
DAY 2 - 30 DAY SHRED: LEVEL 1

I have all 3 and am just about to start Level 3 of the 30 day Shred. I am going to switch to this plan so I don't get so bored!

This is an awesome plan. I did 2 cycles of it a couple of years ago and came out so much fitter and stronger and felt like it really made a difference to my body. I highly recommend the 30 Day Slimdown, I really liked it.

This looks amazing. I'm currently on level 2 of 30DS and am very happy with the results so far, but this is definitely getting bookmarked for further use.

I just started this on the first of the month and so far so good. I've used Jillian workouts off and on over the last four years so this seemed like a great way to mix it up with videos I already own.

I found the list of exercises on pinterest so I had to look up what "Quick Trouble Zones" meant. It's amazing how much of that workout is on the floor and how fast it is when you leave out the floor circuits.

I just started 30DS and am on L1D3 today - but this sounds like a great idea for when I finish! Definitely bookmarking.
