When I went to the gym I didn't even work out to my full potential so I got upset. And the only reason I did zumba is because I ordered it and it got delivered to me yesterday.
This morning I did absolutely nothing, not even my calisthenics. I have no motivation for working out. And it scares me. I also been eating foods that aren't the best.
Now I'm not depressed or anything, I feel completely fine, it's just whenever I think of working out i cringe. And since it's been so long I don't know where to start.

When you just start an exercise program--most go through the same feelings. UGG--I really don't want to do that today. But--if you force yourself to do it--you actually get addicted to it. You actually start to like it. Yeah I know finally a good addiction--and you physically feel bad if you don't exercise. So force yourself to do it. It doesn't take long to set new good habits--and exercise is a very good one and (eventually-an-
enjoyable--habit) to get into.
4 to 5 times a week of good exercise takes 10 to 15 years off of your physical age. That is a fact. And there's no better feeling than feeling like you're 10 to 20 years younger. And that's what consistent exercise does for you.
