  • Lol. Typical boy wants to work chest back and arms. I bet your not complaining.

I'm not sure i can *see* results yet but I feel good. Doing the exercise usually makes me less sore then before I do it.
  • I have to admit I like having the work out partner! Did the Shoulder & Arms, Ab Ripper today. I'm really really liking the arms. I'm debating maybe added it a couple more days along with the work outs. Not extremely excited about yoga tomorrow...I like the pilates way better then yoga...however once I finished with the yoga I am relaxed so that's a plus!

I totally agree before I start the exercises I"m sore but once you get into it it really does work out the soreness.
  • Finished the Yoga. Still haven't been brave enough to try crane but the other moves while still painful are a bit easier. I hate the warrior ones but once I get through those it's the balance and belly exercises. Did the royal dancer perfect today! Didn't fall!! I usually suck at balancing on my left leg but it's getting better.
  • Finished the Legs & back, ap ripper yesterday. Wasn't feeling great so I didn't push as hard yesterday but I made up for it today with Kenpo. Did it earlier then usual since I have a family get together today and figured I wouldn't want to do p90x after running after a crazy 2 year old and an 11 month old who is now always on the move. Definitely excited for the stretch tomorrow...I am worn out!!!
  • Started Day 1 of Week 3...was really hard to get motivated to do it but the bf morphed into Tony and kept saying "you hate it...but you love it" just like Tony did and it made me laugh and got me motivated. Have Cardio today and looking forward to it. Ready to get to recovery week lol!
  • Day 2 of week 3 is done...my stamina is increasing. However, the chair swings really hurts my hips...they keep popping when I do it so I go slow.

How are you doing with P90X?
  • Finished Day 3 of Week 3. Decided to change out the weights for the band since I can add more resistance. Definitely felt it more. Ab Ripper was brutal like always. lol
  • Finished the Day 6 kenpo. Had a ton of energy and felt so good, so I pushed extremely hard. I'm exhausted but so excited for stretch tomorrow and recovery week Monday!
  • Still going strong through P90x. Finished Week 4 day 4!
  • I am still working at it too, but haven't been keeping at it quite as religiously as you have. Work has gotten in the way quite a bit where I am either working late or traveling a bunch. On days that I am home, I sometimes have to get my workout in very early in the morning. I cannot do p90x at that hour out of consideration of my neighbors. Until I can get back to a more normal schedule I am going to combine some days of p90x with other days of outdoor cardio.

I love seeing how your doing. Keep up the great work!
  • Just finished Week 5 day 1...I almost died!! Lol j/k. I had to shift my week 4 day 6 around since I took my 2 year old niece to the zoo for the first time. So I spent 4 1/2 hours walking (pushing her in stroller) and lifting her up and down at the exhibits to see the animals so when I got home I was so exhausted I just couldn't do yoga so I made that my "rest" day and did yoga on day 7. I am so incredibly sore and it took a ton of motivation to do Core today but I've finished and I'm quite happy.

It is tough to keep to the P90X schedule when you already have a busy schedule, I can only imagine how busy your days are. You're doing your best and that's all that matters!
  • Just did the week 5 day 3 Chest, Shoulders & Triceps, Ab Ripper X...holy cow did that work my shoulders! My only issue was with almost every push up my shoulders kept popping. My arms are definitely exhausted though!
  • Finished Week 5. I struggled the last couple of days. It's been so hot here in Washington. I skipped kenpo on Saturday. It was just waaay to hot to work out. Hit 90 today and was a nightmare! Did not want to do Kenpo, I work out in my garage so it was like a sauna. I pushed through and tomorrow I'm rewarding myself. My sister-in-laws family has a private creek that runs down from the mountains and we are going swimming tomorrow. That helped me muscle through today. Excited for Week 6, almost halfway!
  • Still here and still going. Starting Week 7...had a hectic crazy week 6 but managed to survive it. Halfway through Block 2...ready to start Block 3!
  • Haven't checked in in a while. Starting block 3 week 9 of P90X...the end is in sight!!! I have noticed major changes and I'm finally at the point where people are actually noticing and asking how much weight I've lost. I've gone on a couple nature hikes and I'm so happy that now I don't get so out of breath as quickly and my heart isn't pounding after walking up a steep hill. I'm loving the arm muscles I'm getting!! My sister-in-law asked to borrow P90X after I finish.
