Level 2 was started today but almost half way through I shut it off. I don't know if it was because my cat kept thinking I was playing or that I felt groggy and slightly tired and didn't really have any motivation. Tomorrow I am going to sleep in a bit and then attempted Level 2 again. Personally, I think Level 2 seems a lot easier then Level 1.

I have to say that I'm not the biggest fan of all the plank pose exercises in level 2. Is level 3 full of them as well?

Level 1 Day 5 was completed on Tuesday, will be doing Day 6 tonight after work. I don't find it getting easier, roughly the same as the first day I did it.

Oh man, it's been a 60 day shred for me :D. On L3D3 today, felt great. Man is plank pose easier now!

My (used) DVD arrived today. There's no paperwork with it. How many days do you spend on each level? Do you change when you feel ready, or is there a certain number of days that you should spend on each level?

Hey all, I just found this thread. Today is L1D5 for me. I'm doing two days on, then one day off (just walking). So I guess It'll be a ~45 DS
I'm a little scared of Level 2, because Level 1 has been kicking my arse. The first three days I literally had sweat dripping off me. Tabby - I think it says you can move on when your ready. When you play the disc, there is a menu option for recommendations. I'm gonna split the three levels into 10 days each. |
