Started the second week as well. Tomorrow will be Cardio Recovery. Keep up the great work, everyone!!!
Curious- how many calories are you all averaging and are you eating more while doing Insanity or just about the same? I am currently doing WW and CC (cal counting is more outta curiosity) and I've noticed I've been dipping in the WP a lot more than usual. Trying not to freak out but I can't help it. Sure it doesn't help that I'm up with the TOM weight still. Bah, I'll just keep doing what I'm doing! :) |

Ordered Insanity today. Found 30DS, Ripped, and running just are not cutting it for me anymore...oh lord am I scared of this venture, but looking forward to it too....

I am starting (again) tomorrow. I have started Insanity many times, and I have never made it past week 2.
I need to dig deeper!!! |
I'm somewhat on week 3 ish? Sometimes I do insanity for 5 days, take a day.. do it again. I never skip the workout i just continue where i left off in the order of the workout list.
Has anyone noticed weight gain, inch loss but then inch gain in certain areas!? |
I've been running and weightlifting for a little over two months with pretty good results. I have 51 days til a nice trip so thought I'd give Insanity a try. Did the fit test today and thought I was gonna pass out!!!
OMG I am HOOKED! Looking forward to posting here and keeping up with what everyone else is doing as well. |
Up early, did Plyometric Cardio Circuit for the first time. This man is truly insane!!!! I thought I was going to pass out. 50 more days of this and no one will be able to tell me anything on my trip - or anywhere else for that matter. lol

Hi I'm just about to start on Insanity today and just felt like checking with you guys as to how did you find it... i'm a bit nervous but want to give it a try... will start my Fit test now... will post once i'm done with it.

it is very hard, but it will be worth it in the end :) I'm sore today, i restarted (had a pausefor a while... cold and a few other things.) so my body isnt used to it again :( but gotta keep at it!!
