Talking I have a question for you all!

I'm currently on day 2 of doing the 30 Day Shred and (this might sound stupid) but I can already tell that I'm getting stronger (even though my muscles basically feel like they want to die). I was just wondering what you guys did after the 30 day shred. I know I could lose up to 10 pounds, but I ultimately would like to lose about 80. So after the 30 Day Shred did you move on to another DVD? Just keep doing your own exercises? Start the Shred again?

I'm curious and would really like to plan ahead for myself so I can stick with it! Thanks!
