
Hi Jennifer -- thanks for the support. I was a little under the weather this weekend. So I didn't do any running. I managed to walk 2 miles with my boyfriend to the store today though. At least I was able to get out. It's amazing how drained your body can be when you don't feel well. I'm feeling much better now though. I can't wait to get on the treadmill tomorrow -- it will feel good.
My personal goal for the week is to increase my jogging time to 7 minutes. I know I can do this! I know I can! I will let you all know how it goes.
Cmon you guys we can do it!
