Was it hard to stick to?

I gave it shot once I lost about 15 pounds and it isn't realistically for me. I think if I would have made myself do it, I would have gotten really discouraged. The fact is that I'm really not in shape enough and I found it to be depressing lol My older sister LOVES it and is a bit bigger than I am, and she stuck through it but said it was really hard. I think it's all in the mind set.

I've done one full round of P90X and I am currently in the 3rd week of a 2nd round.

I say yes- it's totally worth it. And yes, it requires a commitment to stick to it. But it's a fantastic program.
