I forgot how much I love exercising

  • I hadn't been working out at all for awhile ( a very long while ) because I had gotten very sick. Plus since high school I had gotten very lazy as well. I would walk around but that is it. Being 24 and as weak as I had gotten didn't sit well with me at all. So I started making a daily exercise routine. I am not working currently so it is easier for me to do more during the day.

    I do two 10 minute arm workouts with small weights a day and two 10 minute ab workouts a day. I walk to my boyfriends work to meet him and we walk back together which all around is a bit under 2 miles. I figure I can't make it to the gym right now so utilize what I have. I home, outside and a phone with tons of workout apps. I found what works for me, and I hope to be reaping the benefits soon enough

    It feels so great to move. Whenever I don't for a week or two for whatever reason, I miss it SO MUCH!

    I can become a real exercise junkie who needs her fix every day haha. Especially dancy jumpy type workouts are so great. Sweat is the best thing ever
