My gym's having its relaunch for all the classes tomorrow - the event includes 15-20 minutes of each class so I will get a sneak peak of the new release tomorrow, and the whole thing Tuesday morning. Super excited! And I can't wait to try some of the classes I've never done before.
I've heard that there are more squat jumps/plyometric work in the lunge track again! I am simultaneously dreading that and looking forward to it. I found those squat jumps in the latest release so challenging! I was gasping for air at the end of the track!
