I started walking. I have all the motivation in the world to exercise. The hard part for me would be my eating habits. Now, mind you, there are days I don't want to do it but I push myself to get out and get moving. I aim for 6 out of 7 days to go. As people have said, it doesn't have to cost you a cent to get moving. Walking, running, jogging and even skipping and doing jumping jacks don't cost you anything. I didn't have a proper skipping rope when I did it a couple of times so instead I got the robe from my bathrobe and used that.

The key is to find an exercise you don't mind doing and even don't think of as an exercise. When I'm out walking, it doesn't cross my mind that I'm doing this as an exercise routine and I don't mind walking at all. I have grown to love walking since I started a few months ago. Best of luck.
