Walking Buddy in Oxnard, CA
I wasn't exactly sure where to post this...so I'm starting here.
I am looking for a walking buddy in the Oxnard, CA area. I have just started again, but am not consistent. I don't walk real fast because of problems with knees (but doctor says walking is good to strengthen them).
I know that having someone to walk with makes it more difficult to have excuses also. So if you would like to join me or know anybody in the area...please let me know.
And if there is somewhere else to post this request, let me know that as well.
