Default Belly Dance

Hey guys...I hope all are doing great with their weight loss..!!!...

Recently i found few belly dance videos...and i happened to read great comments..!!....what is your take on belly dance...??
just wanted to know more..!!..and how helpful it is..!..

It's my favorite and most vigorous form of exercise. I used to go to the Y when I had a membership and our teacher kicked our asses. Now I have the DVDS and you can get an AMAZING workout in.

I've taken belly dancing. I think it's a nice exercise but it doesn't get me sweating the way other classes do.

What I did like about it was that I learned other ways to move and work my abs.

Your instructor must not have been very hard on you.
My instructor has us all sweating, even the 130 pound girls within 5 minutes and keeps us sweating the entire time. She kicks our a$$es. I'm sore for DAYS afterwards.

Belly dance is great for abs work I heard. I have never tried it though, but def interested!
