Friday's workout is done! Calorie burn 442. I did workout 2 this morning and the calorie burn is lower than an afternoon workout.

Did workout 1 and cardio 1 back to back yesterday. It hurts to be me today! Workout 2 tonight (i'll stick to that only ;-)

Did wrkout 2 this mornin. I also did her wrkout 3 toning and abs for kickbox fastfix. That dvd ain't no joke got me pourin sweat and it was only 20 mins. 2mrw is cardio 1 then I have completed wk 2 of body rev. Woo Hoo!

I haven't tried actual push ups until I start wrkout 3 on mon I've been doin modified push ups. I think its a buildin upper body strength thing. We'll see if I'm able to do them on Mon. I have done push ups since hs in wat 2000 and 2001 and that was cuz I was in ROTC. If not then I just have to build up to them.

Yeah, modified pushups are a problem for me. I've done it on the arm of my sofa which was okay, just didn't feel as accomplished being able to bang em out on the floor.

I'm done with week 3 and ready to start next week :) Her workouts are getting harder and faster, but I'm noticing that my body is getting stronger.
This is what I did this week: M- Workout3 Bike ride 8miles T- Workout4 Elliptical HIIT 30 min W- Cardio 1 Th- Workout3 Run 3.2 miles F- Workout 4 Run 3.2 miles S- Cardio 1 @PhillyGirl, if you are having trouble doing pushup on your knees, you can try the wall push up. Then when you start feeling stronger you can move to the knee one. I can only do 2 military pushups, and the rest on my knees. Planks are going to help you get stronger on your upper body so it will eventually help you with the push ups. Wow, girl you are burning lots of calories. I have a polar watch and the most I burn is when I do cardio 1 and it's about 350 calories with the other workouts, I normally burn between 260 to 300 calories. |

I think I read somewhere that the more fit you are the harder it is to burn calories. I can tell by the log you wrote that you are way more fit then me. I thought about modifying in that way so thanks for the advice. |
Just finished wk 2 woo hoo! 2mrw is weigh in wonder how I did. Then Mon I start wk 3. So good so far.

Too much going on today. I'm going to use this as my rest day. Tomorrow I will do my cardio.

Today is a rest day for me b4 the start wrkout 3 & 4 this wk. Lookin forward to it. I did my weigh in this wk and I'm down 1 lb. I'm @ 166.8 lbs another lose which is gud hope it keeps goin in the same direction. Total in 2 wks I'm lost 5.6 lbs. Not bad if I do say so myself. Can't wait to see wat this upcomin wk brings me.
